I. Orders in Council, dated 7th October, 1899—

  1. 1. "The East African Order in Council, 1899."
  2. 2. "The Somaliland Order in Council, 1899."
  3. 3. Order in Council for the discontinuance, as regards all such matters and cases as come within the jurisdiction of the Japanese Courts, of the operation of the Orders in Council regulating Her Majesty's Consular jurisdiction in Japan as from 4th August, 1899.
