§ Message from the Commons that they hare appointed a Committee, to consist of five Members, to join with a Committee of this House, to consider and report as to the principles which should govern powers given by Bills and Provisional Orders to municipal and other local authorities for industrial enterprise within or without the area of their jurisdiction, and to request that this House appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the Members of their House.
