LORD DE VESCIMy Lords, this is a small Bill which I understand has passed through all its stages in the other House without opposition. Under the present law, the shooting season in 668 Ireland for partridges begins on September 20, and ends on January 10. This Bill provides that the season shall run from 1st September to 1st February, the same as in England.
