§ In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—
§ The expression "metropolitan water area" means the county of London and every parish outside that county to the whole or any part of which any metropolitan water company is for the time being authorised to supply water.
§ The expression "metropolitan water company" means any of the companies specified in the Schedule to this Act.
