THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (The EARL OF KIMBERLEY) moved that, as there was no business to-morrow, the House should meet at a quarter-past Four o'clock. At the next Evening Sitting, on Tuesday, the 30th, the House would meet at a quarter-past Four o'clock.
