The LORD STEWARD OF THE HOUSEHOLD

(the Marquess of Westminster) said he had the honour to inform their Lordships that Her Majesty had been pleased very graciously to receive the Address of their Lordships' House, and to return this Answer:— MY LORDS—I thank you for your loyal and dutiful Address. I RELY with Confidence on your Assistance in maintaining the Rights of My Crown and the Independence of the Nation; and I shall cordially co-operate with you in Measures calculated to improve and strengthen our Institutions.
