Counsel were further heard relative to the Irish appeal, Garde v. Burton, namely, Sir. Solicitor General in continuation, and Mr. Richards on behalf of the Respondent,—The further consideration of the case was then adjourned till to-monow.—The 29th report of the Commissioners of Accounts in Ireland, was presented by a person from the Irish Secretary of State's Office, and ordered to lie on the table.
