asked the Lord Privy Seal whether he can now announce the Government's decision as to the enforcement of the Safeguarding of Industries Act?

I am sorry to say that, owing to the pressure of other business, the Government have not been able to discuss this question, and I doubt now very much whether I shall be able to make any statement on the subject before the Recess.
