Krupps certain concessions in Russia, including sites and the control of a large armament factory near Moscow?
§ Earl WINTERTONI have no knowledge of the appointment referred to in 1782 the first part of the hon. and gallant Member's question. A concession in the South of Russia has been granted to Messrs. Krupps by the Soviet Government, but I am not aware of its nature.
