HC Deb 04 May 1922 vol 153 c1549
43. Mr. GILBERT

asked the Home Secretary whether it is the intention of the Government to bring in legislation during the present Session in order to carry out the recommendations of the Street Trading Committee; and, if so, when a Bill will be introduced on the subject?

Mr. SHORTT

I am considering the recommendations of the Committee, but I am not at present in a position to make any statement as to the introduction of legislation to carry them out.
