§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Edward Wood)The terms of the draft mandate for Palestine have not yet been formally accepted by the Council of the League of Nations. One annual report has already been sent to the League of Nations in accordance with Articles 24 of the draft mandate, and was published as Command Paper No. 1499 in August, 1921. A further report is in preparation and will be published when complete.
