§ Sir M. BARLOWI have been asked to reply. Persons employed as female professional nurses for the sick are, as from 1st July next, excluded from unemployment insurance by the Unemployment Insurance Act recently passed. As regards the effect of this provision in particular cases, I would suggest that full details of these cases should be submitted to the Department for consideration.
