LLOYD-GREAME (Secretary, Overseas Trade Department)In the last 12 months 14 persons of foreign birth, of whom none is an ex-enemy, have been appointed to posts in the unsalaried Consular Service. As regards the conditions of appointment of foreigners and as regards subordinate staffs, I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to his question on the subject on 20th February.
