§ Dr. MACNAMARAIn accordance with the terms of the Dependants' Grants Act, a grant would be payable in respect of the wife. A grant would also be payable in respect of the children if they are the applicant's children or have been adopted by him: are wholly or mainly maintained at his cost: and are under the age of 14, or under the ago of 16 and under full-time instruction in a day school.
