HC Deb 21 February 1922 vol 150 c1700
74. Sir T. BRAMSDON

asked the Minister of Pensions whether it is his intention to issue any memorandum commenting on the findings of the Geddes Committee?

The MINISTER of PENSIONS (Mr. Macpherson)

The matter is under my consideration.

Lieut. - Commander KENWORTHY

How long does the right hon. Gentleman expect to consider it and when will he be able to announce his intentions?

Mr. MACPHERSON

As far as I am concerned I shall be very glad to do so.

Mr. HOGGE

Is it not a fact that if my right hon. Friend carries out the regulations of the Select. Committee on Pensions he will save a great deal more money than the Geddes Committee suggested?

Mr. MACPHERSON

That is exactly what I am doing.
