HC Deb 13 February 1922 vol 150 cc574-5
21. Mr. HURD

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in order to illustrate the value of Empire and foreign markets respectively, he will state what the Germans and Russians spent on the average per head on British goods in the last pre-War year as compared with the German and Russian; and what was the volume of purchases in each case?

24. Mr. N. CHAMBERLAIN

asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the total value of the goods exported from the United Kingdom in 1913 to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Russia, respectively; and what was the value of such goods per head of the population in each country?
