HC Deb 26 May 1921 vol 142 c322
85. Mr. T. A. LEWIS

asked the Minister of Transport whether reduced fare railway facilities will be granted this year to members of Sunday schools for their annual day excursion trip to the seaside?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of TRANSPORT (Mr. Neal)

The railway companies have already been directed to grant reduced fare facilities to organised parties of juveniles travelling for a day's outing. These facilities are jeopardised for the present by the shortage of coal supplies.
