Mr. HARMSWORTHThe supple mentary protocols and agreements relating to the execution of the Treaty of Versailles, as well as the correspondence exchanged between the Supreme Council, the Conference of Ambassadors, and the German Government will be laid shortly. The first volume will cover the period January, 1920, to July, 1920.
