Members for Wood Green and Rotherham on the 5th and 6th instant. The reductions effected in the staffs of the three Ministries during the month of March numbered approximately 1,000.
§ Captain W. BENNCan the hon. Gentleman say whether Supplementary Estimates will be presented by these Departments in respect of these services, or whether the original Estimates contain the necessary provision?
§ Lieut. - Commander YOUNGThe original Estimates contain the necessary provision, and therefore no Supplementary Estimates will be required.
