§ Mr. BONAR LAWSome doubt exists as to the composition of King Hussein s delegation. Contradictory telegrams have been received, naming more than one person as head of the Mission. The King of the Hedjas, however, has been asked by telegram to clear up this question.
§ Mr. RAPERAre we to understand that if King Hussein desires to send the Emir Feisal to this country and the Emir Feisal desires to come that no difficulty will be put in his way?
