§ Mr. NEALWherever rates for goods traffic, including collection and delivery, were previously in operation, they are being continued, subject to the general increases which applied from 1st September. Whether collection and delivery should be included in the rates in future or charged for separately is one of the questions now before the Rates Advisory Committee in connection with their general inquiry.
