Mr. ORMSBY-GOREasked what grounds were given by the stipendiary magistrate at Pontypridd in dismissing the case of the Glamorganshire police against the Radical club at Blaenllechan, Rhondda Valley; and whether he has power to order an inquiry into the whole facts of the case or to reverse the decision of the stipendiary?
§ Mr. McKENNAI understand that the Court over which the stipendiary magistrate presided dismissed the application because they were unanimously of opinion that the prosecution had failed to establish any one of the alleged grounds for striking the club off the register. I have no power to take any steps in the matter.
