The Lord Chancellor

The following organisations have received grant-in-aid funding to conduct information meeting pilot exercises under the provisions of the Family Law Act:

All grants-in-aid were made in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by HM Treasury, following an application by each organisation.

Information about the amounts of grant-in-aid paid must remain confidential at present, as negotiations are continuing in relation to further pilots and disclosure of costings would be likely to affect my department's negotiating position with potential pilot providers.
