Lord Avebury

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What restrictions, if any, are being placed on the movement of United Nations personnel in Angola by the government and UNITA respectively.

Baroness Chalker of Wallasey

No formal restrictions are being placed on the movement of UN personnel by either the Government of Angola or UNITA. UN military observers have been deployed throughout the country.
