§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyWe have made clear to both parties the importance we attach to their abiding by the terms of UNSCR 976 which calls upon them to cease acquisition of arms and war material during the presence in Angola of UNAVEM III; and of the Lusaka Protocol which lays down the terms of the demilitarisation process.
