Standing Order 205A, page 85, line 16, after Standing Order 205 insert the following Order 205A;—

"Laying of plans, etc.

205A. Whenever any plans, sections, books of reference or maps—

  1. (a) have been deposited with any public department in relation to any Special Procedure Order by which it is proposed to authorise the compulsory acquisition or user of land or the construction or alteration of works; or
  2. (b)are mentioned in any Special Procedure Order;

duplicates of those documents shall be deposited in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments not later than the day following that on which the Order is laid before either House of Parliament.")
