Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Northern Ireland Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenditure of the Secretary of State in consequence of the Act;
  2. (b) the charging on, and payment out of, the Consolidated Fund of sums to be paid into the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland;
  3. (c) the issue out of the National Loans Fund of sums required by the Secretary of State for the making of advances to the Department of Finance and Personnel in Northern Ireland;
  4. (d) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund or the National Loans Fund.—[Mr. Dowd.]
