§ Mr. ProfumoThere are two mental hospitals and, on average, thirty Government medical practitioners, one of whom holds a specialist qualification in psychiatry, who may be called upon to treat mental cases.
Miss LeeHas the hon. Gentleman had any representations from patients who are badly in need of treatment but are not able to be given hospital accommodation or proper medical care?
