§ 39. Mr. Shurmerasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware of the desire of wives and parents to visit the graves of their husbands and sons buried in countries in Europe; when organised visits will be possible and if financial assistance will be given where needed.
§ Mr. BellengerI fully understand the desire of wives and parents to visit the graves of the fallen, but I regret that I am unable at present to add anything to the reply given on 4th June last to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Preston (Dr. Segal), a copy of which I am sending to my hon. Friend.
