The time will shortly arrive to bring the present Session to a close and to open a new one, and it may be convenient for me to inform the House of the proposed dates of the Prorogation and of the opening of the new Session; and at this point I espy Strangers.

Whereupon Mr. SPEAKER, pursuant to Standing Order No. 89, put the Question, "That Strangers be ordered to withdraw."

Question agreed to.

Strangers withdrew accordingly.

The House subsequently resumed in Public Session.
