§ The Secretary of State for Air (Sir Archibald Sinclair)I am glad to be able to say that, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions as to the place of birth or residence, members of the Royal Air Force and Women's Auxiliary Air Force may in future wear, as a shoulder badge, the name of the Colonial dependency in which they were born or resided.
