§ Mr. EdenCertain essential preliminary discussions are now proceeding with the Allied and Dominion Governments concerned with a view to the setting-up of the United Nations Commission for the investigation of war crimes. Meanwhile arrangements are being elaborated whereby information available to His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom regarding war crimes committed against British subjects may be submitted to the Commission. No doubt the other Governments concerned are making their own arrangements in regard to war crimes against their nationals.
