§ Mr. Harold MacmillanMy right hon. Friend has decided to apply the principle of compulsion to the collection by local authorities of certain materials most urgently required. The form of the directions to be given under the Defence Regulations is under consideration, and my right hon. Friend hopes to issue them almost immediately.
