§ 39. Mr. Sutcliffeasked the Minister of Health whether he will consider the issue of a badge which could be worn by all blood donors at the present time, to indicate this form of public service?
Mr. M. MacDonaldI fully recognise the value of the public service rendered by blood donors, but I do not consider that the issue of a badge is required in this case. My hon. Friend will appreciate that there are many forms of national service for which badges are not issued.
