Dr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that surgical instruments and other equipment ordered and paid for by the acting commanding officer, hospital Leighton, Cheshire, in August, 1939, the equipment being essential in view of lack of necessary outfit, has not been returned, in spite of repeated requests to this medical consultant, or the amount refunded to him; and will he take steps to have this situation remedied immediately?
