asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will have issued as a White Paper, for information of Members of the House, the rates and regulations governing allowances to dependants of men in the Army?

This has already been arranged.

When will it be issued?

In a day or two.

In view of the fact that this issue is being raised in Debate to-day, would it not have been advisable to have supplied Members earlier with this information?

I was asked the question whether I would have a White Paper issued. I have said that it is being printed. I am sorry that it cannot be issued to-day, but I will issue it at an early date.
