§ Mr. ElliotThese matters are governed as regards port health districts outside London by the Sanitary Officers (Outside London) Regulations, 1935, which were made under the Local Government Act, 1933. I am sending to the hon. Member a copy of the regulations and of the instructions which have been issued by my Department as to the form of the medical officer of health's annual report.
