HC Deb 07 July 1938 vol 338 cc584-5
65. Mr. Rostron Duckworth

asked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the large number of building estates, often semi-derelict owing to the failure of the promoters, in which no roads are properly made up or taken over by the respective local authorities; and whether, in the interests of reasonable public transit, he will, wherever possible, stimulate the carrying out of necessary surface improvements?

Mr. Elliot

If my hon. Friend will let me know the particular cases he has in mind, I will be pleased to make inquiries.
