§ Mr. Hore-BelishaThe matter rests in the hands of the Territorial Army associations concerned, which are responsible for recruiting. The recent effort in the City of London was on behalf of all units administered by the London City and County Associations. The County of Middlesex are shortly running a recruiting week, and it is possible that other associations in the home counties will follow suit.
