§ Mr. ElliotI am aware that Scottish local authorities have expressed the desire for the consolidation of the law relating to public health. I have every sympathy with their views, and I am keeping the matter before me in my consideration of the report of the Committee on Scottish Health Services.
§ Mr. WestwoodIs the right hon. Gentleman prepared to set aside a special draftsman for the purpose of carrying through that work without which it is almost impossible to get the work completed in time to help the existing local authorities?
