Miss WARDOn a point of Order. When I put down a question on a matter of Cabinet policy, have I to address it to the Prime Minister or must it be put down to the head of the Department?
§ Mr. SPEAKERMy answer was that no point of Order arose. The hon. Lady asked me a question, which I have answered dozens of times, that any Minister to whom a question is put can 1429 delegate it to another Minister to answer, if that is more suitable.
