48. Mr. BELLENGER

asked the Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence whether there is any delay by British factories in the fulfilment of munitions contracts; and whether any orders for munitions on Government account have been recently placed with foreign or Dominion manufacturers?

opportunity of debating all these affairs before the new charter of the Corporation comes into existence, which is on 1st January next?
