Major DAVIESI have been asked to reply. I regret that this will not be practicable. The White Paper will, however, be laid in advance of the signing of the agreement.
§ Mr. LEWISWill my hon. and gallant Friend represent to the Under-Secretary of State that this House was promised as long ago as 7th March that this White Paper would be published very shortly, 895 and that the delay in publishing it is giving rise to wonder whether the Government wish the House not to have the information until the Debate takes place?
