§ Mr. MANDERIs it not a fact that this sub-committee has not met since April, 1933, and, in view of the long delay, should it not hold a meeting soon?
§ Mr. EDENI think the House was previously informed that the President of the Disarmament Conference had stated that the chairman of the Air Sub-Committee was of opinion that, pending negotiations between the interested Powers, it was preferable not to call a meeting of the Sub-Committee at the moment.
