Indian Constitutional Reform,—That they have come to the following Resolution, namely: "That the Select Committee appointed to join with a Committee of the House of Commons on Indian Constitutional Reform have power, if they so determine, to appoint one or more sub-committees to take evidence or to consider any matters that may be referred to them: That any evidence taken by any such sub-committee shall be deemed to be evidence taken before the Joint Committee.

That they have agreed to,—

Agricultural Marketing Bill, with Amendments.

Amendments to—

Colne Corporation Bill [Lords], without Amendment.

That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to confirm a Provisional Order under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, relating to the London Midland and Scottish Railway." [London Midland and Scottish Railway Order Confirmation Bill [Lords.]
