§ Sir S. HOAREI understand that the Democratic Swaraj party was formed in Bombay in October with the aim of attaining Purna Swaraj by all peaceful and legitimate means. Its members intend to contest elections and accept office.

§ Sir S. HOAREI do not see any reason why it should not.
§ Colonel WEDGWOODWill it be permitted to give evidence against the White Paper?
