Lieut.-Colonel ACLAND-TROYTEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the delay experienced in obtaining repayment of Income Tax to English residents through the Irish Free State taxation authorities, and of the difficulty of settling other Income Tax matters where the Irish Free State authorities and British Inland Revenue authorities are jointly concerned; and whether he will take steps to prevent this delay?
