§ Sir S. HOAREI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Westhoughton (Mr. Rhys Davies) on the 8th February. Reports received during the week indicate a decrease in the number of disturbances and a marked improvement in the situation generally.
