HC Deb 15 February 1932 vol 261 c1258
12. Mr. COCKS (for Mr. McENTEE)

asked the Secretary of State for India if he will state the present position in respect to the disturbed conditions existing in Kashmir?

Sir S. HOARE

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Westhoughton (Mr. Rhys Davies) on the 8th February. Reports received during the week indicate a decrease in the number of disturbances and a marked improvement in the situation generally.
