§ Major ELLIOTThe Government decisions in regard to those recommendations of the May Committee, which are of immediate financial significance, were set out in Command Paper 3952 or have since been the subject of a special announcement. Other recommendations not of immediate financial importance will come up for consideration as opportunity offers. I do not think that there would be any advantage in issuing at present a further statement such as my Noble Friend suggests.
