§ Mr. GREENWOODThe local authority are not required to submit proposals for this purpose under the Mental Treatment Act; but admission documents received by the Board of Control indicate that some voluntary patients have already been received into the two mental hospitals belonging to the Somerset County and Bath County Borough Councils.
